Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handles full monthly and annual accounting functions of two Singapore entities and one Thai foundation (Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, month-end closing, year-end closing, tax, and statutory submission)
  • Coordinate with Singapore Corporate Secretary
  • Dealing with auditors
  • Prepare documents to support Corporate Secretary for two Singapore entities and Thai foundation
  • Coordinate with other departments for reimbursement/ payment/ invoicing, etc.
  • Prepare monthly and annual cash flow statement
  • Support budgeting by provide the actual and forecast information
  • Support all administrative tasks of Singapore entities and one foundation
  • Data collection as requested
  • Ad hoc tasks such as contact bank for KYC documentation, generate special reports as management requirement, etc.


  • Bachelor degree in accounting
  • Fluency in Thai and English both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good organization in keeping all accounting and related documents
  • Experience in dealing with Big4 auditors is preferable
  • Being Accountant or Assistant Accountant for Thai entities at least 2-3 years
  • Thai nationality only
