Assistant Manager, Finance Applications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first tier support to identify problem and provide solution to the property for Finance system based on supervised by manager.
  • Create and maintenance Finance reports by Finance system reporting tools.
  • Manage user accounts and permission to align with standard Finance system.
  • Organize and manage Finance system roll out for new properties.
  • Overview and monitor company configuration standards for Finance system
  • Provide refresh training to ensure maximize using Finance system.
  • Performs other tasks related duty as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Information System, Management Information System or related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in ERP Microsoft, Dynamics NAV and Jet Report will be advantage
  • Experience in hospitality business will be advantage
  • Have knowledge of Accounting Information System, Database Structure and Programming Logic
  • Good interpersonal, communication skill, and strong problem solving skill
  • Good command of Thai & English, both written and spoken
  • Thai nationality only.
