Manager, Marketing and Content

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and optimise a customer-centric, digital focused marketing strategy
  • Lead demand generation initiation with compelling stories and content concepts
  • Lead visual content creation strategies with external vendors, influencers and properties
  • Develop a content contribution community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to initiate and execute strategic marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets
  • Conduct market research and track key market trends to address the needs of our guests
  • Use market insights to deliver data-driven marketing strategies
  • Participate in the development of branding initiatives, including collaborations and partnerships
  • Provide training and offer best practices, engaging a learning and knowledge sharing culture


  • 4-6 years of marketing and/or communications experience, including strategic planning and content development, ideally in digital
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven content strategy
  • Advance knowledge of web and social media analytics
  • Advance knowledge of social media, traditional marketing, internal and external communications and corporate identity management
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Languages: Native English, fluent Thai. Other languages will be advantageous
  • Experience in hospitality is ideal, but not required
