ONXY Hospitality Group, which is one of Italthai Group key businesses, is searching for a marketing director to develop and execute a customer-centric marketing strategy to achieve our commercial and branding objectives. You will play a critical role in generating demand for our property’s offerings encompassing rooms, food and beverage, spa and meetings and events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and optimise a customer-centric, digital focused marketing strategy
- Act as brand custodian for all internal and external communication
- Lead demand generation initiation with compelling stories and content concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic marketing initiatives
- Use market insights and analysis to deliver data-driven marketing strategies
- Proactively source and assess opportunities with influencer, KOL inquiries, partnerships and traditional media
- Maintain effective and efficient day-to-day internal and external communications are implemented including communication campaigns, media and crisis communications
- Develop and manage property level marketing budget
- Support training and offer best practices, engaging a learning and knowledge internal sharing culture
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of marketing and/or communications experience, including strategic planning and content development, ideally in digital
- Advance knowledge of social media, internal and external communications, traditional marketing,
- Advance knowledge of social media, internal and external communications, traditional marketing, and corporate identity management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven content strategy
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Languages: Native Thai, Advanced English. Other languages will be advantageous
- Experience in hospitality is ideal, but not required
