Responsibilities:
- Being the brand representative.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and merchants.
- Providing information about the brands, products, or services will generate sales leads and build consumer preference for the brands.
- Working with commercial and marketing team members by analyzing data collected from consumers to compile weekly reports detailing consumer feedback as well as suggested improvements.
- Monitoring feedback from customers and escalating complaints to the company’s marketing department.
- Organizing product training for the teams and customers.
Qualifications:
- Experienced Brand Ambassador from a national company.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the wine business.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Who can work independently.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Certified WSET Level 2 is a plus.
Work location:
Base in Bangkok and be able to travel across the region.
